Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Brazilian Waxing.

Most clients enjoy smooth results for three to six weeks, depending on individual hair growth. With regular waxing, hair often grows back finer and more sparsely. Factors like hormones, medications, and genetics influence timing and regrowth patterns.

Pain varies by sensitivity and experience; most clients report brief discomfort that eases quickly. Our technicians use fast technique, high-quality wax, and can apply numbing options or breathing tips to help make the session more comfortable.

Ideal hair length is about a quarter to half an inch (6–12 mm) so wax can grip. If hair is too short, wait until it grows; if too long, trimming before the appointment ensures a cleaner, quicker service.

Avoid hot baths, swimming, saunas, and heavy exercise for 24–48 hours. Wear loose clothing, apply soothing aloe or recommended post-wax products, and exfoliate gently after 48–72 hours to prevent ingrown hairs.

Certain skin conditions, active infections, recent chemical peels, sunburn, varicose veins, or medications like isotretinoin can prevent waxing. Always disclose medications, pregnancy, or skin sensitivities so our therapist can assess and offer safe alternatives.

Most clients book every three to six weeks, depending on hair growth and personal preference. After several consecutive waxes, intervals may lengthen as hair thins. We recommend consulting your technician to create a personalized waxing schedule.
